There appears to be a major incident with our infrastructure supplier resulting in a number of our FileMaker servers being unavailable. We are investigating and will provide further updates...
It would appear that connectivity to the servers has now been restored. The latest update reads:
"The upgrade has finished and we are currently performing the afterchecks"
The current data centre issue is affecting only FileMaker Servers running at our Manchester data centre. Servers based at the London Data centre are unaffected
An issue at the data centre has been identified on a core network router and they are currently working on a solution.
Updates to follow as soon as possible.
There is a major network outage at the data centre where the FileMaker Server is located. The onsite network team are investigating and hopefully the issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
