On note of this injury, who will be our CB pairing on Saturday? Josh has been frozen out and never used so I would be shocked if he makes the XI and Sarr was abysmal against PSG. But, it has to be one of them who goes next to Fofana. If it were up to me, I would put Sarr in. I think Josh is still quite raw and has mistakes in him (but so does everyone else in this backline) so really it's a wildcard.
🚨 ⚠️ If Chelsea are to stick to their position then Liam Rosenior will stay next season but we heard Potter was the long term plan, Pochettino would be given time even on a shorter term contract and the same for Maresca, who was not supposed to be judged until this summer and then went before hand. For now, Rosenior is safe, it will be important for the project and finances to get UCL Football. There are also a lot of managers set to be available in the summer but I am not led to believe ‘as of right now’ that Rosenior is in any trouble. For now, Chelsea are backing Rosenior but I think all parties are going to wait until the end of the season, at which point they will have more data and time together, and then we will see what Chelsea decide to do. It will be a surprise if they change yet another manager, however there are high expectations this season and in general from the #CFC hierarchy. (@JacobsBen on @talkSPORT)
