Number one: This is the longest border on earth with the largest amount of trade, $1.3 trillion. $188 billion just out of Alberta shipping energy to the United States. Number two: A common currency. All of the commodities of which Canada is so rich. Whether it's precious metals, water, oil, gas, are denominated in American dollars. Every Canadian has an American dollar account. So why don't you just say we'll have a common currency. Number 3: Eradicate all tariffs. Wine in California can't be shipped to British Columbia. British Columbia wine can't be shipped to Ontario. Eradicate all of that and the productivity goes through the moon. Number 4: The UNI passport. This is a passport that's issued to any American citizen in good standing with the American government and has a passport, or any Canadian citizen in good standing with the Canadian government. Individuals can then travel and live anywhere they want, any province, any state, and they pay one tax rate, 21%. You start to control immigration. You want to go to MIT, you got to get a UNI and we should bring their whole families over. All these ideas do not have you giving up your citizenship.

Sec. 24 of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms gives Canadians the right to sue their government for damages when Charter rights are violated. Doing so affirms the seriousness of respecting Charter rights and is intended to deter future governments from breaching Canadians’ fundamental rights. The lawsuits seek $2 million in damages.
