conocimiento muy, muy avanzado y experiencia práctica en on-chain forensics, trading de alto nivel y DeFi. Que, en la entrevista, no vaya a “leer de Google”: quiero a alguien que pueda explicarlo como si se lo contara a mi madre y también que haga el trabajo técnico.
Ejemplos concretos de lo que necesito:
•Si le pregunto “¿cómo trackeamos la wallet del market-maker de un exchange?”, que pueda expliqar a mi equipo de RRHH el proceso y las herramientas que usaría y que luego pueda hacerlo: investigarlo y entregarme pruebas reproducibles.
•Si le pido “trackéame diariamente las wallets de ballenas que entran en HyperLiquid”, que pueda montar la monitorización diaria o incluso crear un algoritmo/alerta automática que lo detecte y notifique.
•Que entienda profundamente DeFi, validadores y sistemas de consenso (HyperLiquid y otros), y que pueda explicarlos de forma sencilla y con ejemplos reales.
•Que conozca incidentes reales (por ejemplo, qué pasó con el token Jelly y la intervención) y pueda analizar qué falló y cómo evitarlo.
•Que domine las operativas: Margin, Futures, Isolated, Cross, y que en la entrevista pueda explicarlas con claridad y aplicar esa explicación a estrategias concretas.
Estoy creando un proyecto serio y necesito gente topísima. Si no puede explicar y demostrar lo anterior sin decir la misma respuesta que ChatGPT, no vale. Mándame currículum, links a investigaciones previas (dumps on-chain, dashboards, scripts), y referencias.
