It’s Pet Week at Perle Labs 🐾 We launched our Bounding Box task this week so of course… we annotated our own (virtual) office pets first. Now it’s your turn. Use our tool to draw a bounding box around your pet’s head and drop it in the comments! Don't forget to share their name with us 😉 perle-petweek.netlify.app

Blockchain as the rails for an agentic economy makes a lot of sense But if we want to make it a reality, we need "machine speed" chains Right now we're in the early days of agentic activity onchain. The rails are still being built out and experimented with (x402, ERC-8004), but we've all seen how rapidly AI advancement is moving. The writing is on the wall. Some analysts predict we'll be seeing $3-5 billion in agent transactions by 2030. Facilitating that exchange of value will be millions (billions?) of agents, transacting at a pace that demands high throughput and low fees maintained at scale. At Optimum we believe that accelerated data movement is the basis for building high performance chains that can support these kinds of future defining use cases. Alongside global payments and 24/7 tokenized asset markets, the agentic economy looks to be one of those performance intensive verticals that can flourish with the right infrastructure behind it. Some evidence of this sector's potential has been surfacing in recent weeks and we've selected a handful the most interesting cases below 👇
