La idea de construir una economía del hidrógeno verde en Venezuela pierde competitividad si esta depende de subsidios, mandatos regulatorios europeos, primas verdes o presión ESG. Además, tiene un riesgo enorme al desviar capital desde ingresos petroleros hacia una industria todavía inmadura.

Lo que se debe evitar en la reconstrucción de Venezuela: Primero, privatizar monopolios naturales sin regulación robusta. Segundo, vender activos estratégicos bajo estrés fiscal. Tercero, convertir “capital global” en nueva oligarquía contractual con rentas garantizadas y poca competencia.
