Man, have we seen that phenomenon before. We can’t be too honest about priests sexually abusing young people, because it would be bad for the image of the church. We can’t be too honest about the sexual misconduct of the president, because it would be bad for the party. We can’t be too honest about the out-of-court settlements of the sexual harassment lawsuits of the CEO, because it would be bad for the company and the stock price.
Powerful and corrupt men have an ingeniously sinister ability to turn their personal misdeeds into problems too dangerous for their organizations to confront. Through some sort of corruptive alchemy, trying to hold someone accountable for his actions becomes a betrayal of the cause.

Two men have been charged with spying for Iran after allegedly carrying out surveillance of sites linked to London’s Jewish community, British police said on Wednesday.
Nematollah Shahsavani, 40, a dual British-Iranian national, and Alireza Farasati, 22, an Iranian national, were charged under the National Security Act with assisting a foreign intelligence service.
The Crown Prosecution Service said the charges relate to activities including “reconnaissance of targets” between July and August 2025.
Counter Terrorism Policing said the investigation focused on alleged surveillance of locations and individuals linked to the Jewish community in London.

Two months ago, the "ungrateful allies in Europe" readied themselves to sacrifice solders in a desperate last hope to shame the US not to invade Greenland. Iran deserves what it's getting from the US and Israel. The West deserves more honorable leadership in Washington.

You have US officers sitting in IDF combat cells (and vice versa). Air campaign is tightly coordinated bw the 2 militaries. US military was - before yday - responsible for Iran's southern flank & waters. And as others have pointed out: no chance Bibi does this without Trump greenlight But we're supposed to believe US didn't know about South Pars strike ahead of time.
