@gingerneilnc @spencer_macro 3-6mg per kilo is optimal, but it's a crap load, you get decent returns on 1-3mg and they haven't tested/doesn't take into account multiple dose strategies

@spencer_macro 300mg is a bit chunky! I came off caffeine almost 100%, and only use Caffiene Bullet if I need a kick. I get a much better response from 100mg now I've dropped the caffiene elsewhere. Any thoughts on doses and timings @davidhellard ?
