@cryptorover What has Trump done for the 50 million American's holding crypto? Nothing; 1099-DA still rolls out, lives destroyed.

Yes, that's correct. The Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (building on 1946) defines Restricted Data broadly, and any info meeting that definition—nuclear weapons design, special nuclear material production/use—is automatically classified at the moment of creation by operation of law. No separate review, stamp, or decision required; it's "born classified" until affirmatively declassified under Section 142. This applies even to independently derived info.

@SenLummis Really? But it does NOTHING about 1099-DA or taxes; while other countries have ZERO taxes, ZERO reporting requirements. But here in America, anyone who so much as touches crypto, will live in fear of the IRS for the rest of their natural lives.

President Trump pledged to make America the digital asset capital of the world. The Clarity Act is how we make that happen. Let’s get it done, once and for all.

@KenCook_KC @Simon_Ingari no, it's not that. it's that by limiting pay increase, they ensure they achieve maximum extraction from their current employees. If an employee moves on, they know, without a doubt, they max-extracted that employee. In other words, it's inhumane. Deep down you know it to be true

Having lived in the corporate world most of my life in a management role, I can tell you why this is. The way to advance your compensation in the corporate world is to ensure you are moving up the career track ladder, which of course means taking on more difficult jobs with increased responsibilities. Now most people don't like to hear that. But they need to understand that if they stay in their current role, all they can ever count on is that paltry "merit" raise, which barely keeps up with the cost of living. Most corporations want their employees moving up or out. That's just the way it is.

Why do companies give 1%, 3%, or 5% raises to their current employees, but 10%, 15%, 20%, or 35%+ more to new hires?

.@grok just saved my sister $1,441 on her taxes. I had it check the turbotax output and it found a mistake. Seriously - 4.20 is very good with taxes.

Crypto Tax Made Easy
Crypto Tax Made Easy@CryptoTaxSucks·
They do expect every trade on form 8949 The 1099 da from Coinbase will not have accurate cost basis data but your own records can be used to substantiate the cost basis and gains you reported. Pretty much the process is: 1)Set up a crypto tax software. from other comments sounds like you have a ton of wallets so Awaken I’ve seen handle this where others have limits on wallets and txs you can add 2)review the txs to make sure they’re accurately categorized 3)make sure your calculated balances are correct in the software vs. onchain. This can get messed up on large accounts with lots of wallets. If you don’t feel like doing all that services like ours can help.

How do you even pay taxes. Everything is sent from Phantom to Coinbase so there is $0 cost basis on my form. They expect me to log every single meme trade I've ever made?

@UziCryptoo I commute a total of 15 mins per day. I work 40 hours and get paid for 40 hours. I’m smart, I don’t rent. Layoffs can be prevented, make yourself difficult to replace. Gen Z is just lazy and think everything should just be given to them.

The phrase "nobody wants to work anymore" is hilarious... Like, no dude, people don't want to: - Commute 2 hours daily - Miss their kids growing up - Trade their entire life for rent - Get laid off with zero warnings - Work 50 hours for 40 hours pay Fix the system. not the workers.

Two psilocybin macrodoses. Sperm motility drops 51%. Free testosterone drops 24%. And it's the same mechanism that improved every other biomarker Bryan Johnson measured. This is the pattern from his first experiment all over again. Last time, glucose, inflammation, and cortisol all moved together. Now testosterone, SHBG, and fertility markers are all moving together too. Psilocybin doesn't optimize individual metrics. It reorganizes the system upstream, and the body decides what gets priority. Bryan even buried the clue in his own post: 5-HT2A receptors on sperm. The same receptor driving the neuroplastic reset is directly signaling reproductive biology. These aren't "complicated results." This is one mechanism expressed across every system it touches. Psilocybin mushrooms don't do trade-offs. They reorganize. Some numbers go up, others go down, because the system is rebalancing, not optimizing one variable at a time. Bryan's running the most quantified psychedelic experiment in history. And the data keeps pointing to the same thing: you can't separate what psilocybin does to your brain from what it does to your body. It was never a longevity drug. It's a system tuner.
