Better yet, just remove Adobe Reader and use the built-in browser rendering by default
If users need some special feature only in Reader, make it available in your MDM on request
Now do this for every unnecessary app you deploy to all users, instant security/vuln management win

Fun fact about the Adobe Reader 0day: actually, it's the "AdobeCollabSync.exe" ("C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\AdobeCollabSync.exe") process who communicates to the attacker-controller server, not the "Acrobat.exe". Therefore, if you're hunting the threat with your e.g EDR telemetry, you may want to look at that "AdobeCollabSync.exe" process too. #threatintel

What would you have:
1) Popular desktop app which is updated to frequent but comes with known vulns & exploit
OR
2) Least known app who also does the job similar to what other app provides but has no known vuln or exploit (since its no popular)

Is anyone using W365 Frontline Shared? We have a pool of 100 devices in India and every few days, we will have about 60 people connected and people will start to get a message about no resources available. I then just reboot any available devices in the pool and they can connect in a few mins. Feeling like maybe we are getting hit with a sleep policy or something like that but wondering if it’s a #W365 known issue.
