normally trans women aren't prescribed estradiol and puberty blockers, instead of puberty blockers they're prescribed antiandrogens, which is what they need to block natural testosterone

I have so many doubts about this. You wouldn't be put on puberty blockers and oestrogen at the same time and nor would they cause haematuria or ulcers in the bladder.
