This app has been great for connecting with genuinely good gay people; something I didn’t think I’d enjoy being part of, since the broader community often feels so toxic. Here, we actually care for each other, and in some cases feelings develop. The hard part is the distance… or when those feelings aren’t reciprocated. And to be frank, I’m tired of having to bury them. The last two years of trying to find love in LA have been arduous and frustrating. With 40 on the horizon, I’ve decided I’m done with it entirely. I’m done burying love. So I’m done. I’m still grateful for the wonderful people I’ve met here and the real connections we’ve made. Thank you for being part of that.
