Imagine sitting next to the President of Chile and calling his country's electoral system divisive and unstable. Because that's what @JustinTrudeau just did by dismissing #ProportionalRepresentation.

@j_mcelroy To be fair, they did decide to ask the provincial government for that power (as recommended by Justice Tom Berger in his 2004 Electoral Reform Commission report).
