Stating that Semenya has a DSD that "leads to higher than normal testosterone levels" is wrong as a matter of fact. He has testicles. That fact is not in dispute. His testicles give him testosterone levels that are normal for men. The "higher than normal" claim requires that the comparator be the normal range for women.
