The Distance is not a law firm. However, the actions of Erica Moise seem to fall under the rubric for determinations of misconduct by officers of the court. We have seen the 'police report' and it is not what the Cluster B Clique claimed it was. Link below ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Four detransitioners — Noah, Layla, Kat, and Mazy — discuss their process of obtaining cross-sex hormones and transition surgeries and address the question of whether requiring extensive therapy before transition would be an appropriate solution. From our recent Colorado event, After The Gender Experiment: Detransitioners Speak.

Hey @elonmusk Trans activists have mass reported @KDansky and your bots have locked her out of her account. We have ongoing issues with trans activists getting “Terfs” banned and shadow banned on this supposed “free speech” platform.

It used to be understood that cross-dressing was the most common paraphilia in adult males. Men who did so in public and attempted to access women's toilets were understood as a risk to women and girls. The concept of 'gender identity' erased normal safeguarding common sense.
Naomi Cunningham@LoudBonnet

Sonia Sodha on blistering form on her Substack today (link next ). “… some of whom [identity as women] for reasons of sexual gratification.” We need to make more noise about this. We don’t know what proportion of cross-dressing men are fetishists, but we know it’s some.

The heart of this argument is "it's just easier to ask women not to have boundaries than to ask men to behave decently". That should never be the standard by which laws are made.
Malcolm Gate@MalcolGate

The ruling on the interpretation of biological sex in the Equality Act by the Supreme Court is 'bad law' ie. it will fail to achieve its 'intended purpose' and cause 'unintentional harm' both to trans people and to cis men and women if/when it is enforced. Chaos will ensue. #EHRC

There's an enraging essay by Mary Grabar (adapted from her book) describing the hatchet job Zinn did on Columbus. Wild stuff. The man shamelessly weaponized the ellipsis (...) to distort his journals and make The Admiral look maximally villainous. Communist scumbag "historians" don't give a damn about what actually happened—they care about crafting a narrative that will advance the Revolution. Zinn taught a generation of "history" teachers, and thus countless students, to hate their country, culture, and civilization.

The fact that our whole country went riot-bananas and literally called you a Nazi if you didn't go along with making a national hero out of a criminal who was dying of a fentanyl overdose after passing a bad bill to a Palestinian is really, really crazy when you look back at it.

I had understood from the Charlie Hebdo murders that France has robust freedom of speech/expression laws that protected the cartoonists (legally, if not from religious maniacs). But Dora Moutot was sanctioned for naming male violence against women despite the fact that she used the approved trans activist language “people with penises”. The judgement said she reduced “trans people” to their biology. She couldnt say “man” in reference to “Marie” Cau and she couldn’t describe what he is biologically. And she couldn’t even say “trans women” because in the context of the conversation that would have meant she was calling all of these men dangerous. She wanted to describe *all* men (regardless of whether or not they live their sissy fantasies publicly or not). The court convicted her for this banal observation: “as women we have to be wary of people with penises.” This statement is the basis of every GBV law, policy, funding etc from the French state! France is utterly fucked. The international TERF community needs to throw our full support behind her against these misogynists. Here’s her PayPal paypal.com/donate/?hosted…

Is Florida's "free kill law" the real reason Dr. Gallagher practices there? Families can't sue for medical negligence if the victim is unmarried, childless and 25 or older. 25 is a prime year for transitioners to get their surgeries due to the deadline of aging off their parents' policy at 26.

Being a famous woman is so traumatising you have to write a book about it, whereas being a poor woman sharing a prison cell with a male sex offender is obviously just part of life's rich tapestry
♥️@LabelFreeLady

Watching @lenadunham on @MonicaLewinsky show, when of course they 💩 on TERFs for “gatekeeping what female is.” They glaze “elegant” Dylan Mulvaney and Lena says “each of us have our own specific gender that has to do with our experiences, how we felt as kids”. ie PERSONALITY?!

What Ukraine is doing right now is working. I’ve been speaking to units recently and it seems the Russian southern front is in a dire situation. The main highway that supplies Kherson and Crimea has been totally cut. I’ve not seen it this bad for the Russians and it seems they literally have no way to stop this. Russian military bloggers are going nuts. Analysts have stated outright that logistics across Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts are completely disrupted. Ukrainian drones are striking rail junctions, fuel trains and supply convoys on a daily basis. Crimea is already facing fuel shortages and restrictions on basic goods. The land corridor Moscow spent years building is falling apart under sustained pressure. In Oleshky, Enerhodar and other occupied towns near the front, Ukrainian drones have been constantly destroying Russian drone teams. I’ve been shown videos of this today’s These are the same units that turned the killing of civilians into an open sport known as the human safari. They hunted people at bus stops, in markets and in farm fields with FPV drones fitted with explosives. Now they are being taken out at scale. At the same time Ukrainian long-range systems are striking the very military facilities Russian state media once showed off with pride. Oil storage sites, command posts and radar stations in occupied Crimea and the rear areas are burning. This level of sustained damage to Russian rear infrastructure has not been seen since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Inside Russia the panic is obvious and spreading . Military bloggers are openly discussing the risk of a major Ukrainian breakthrough, possibly through the dried-out basin of the Kakhovka reservoir where the terrain has changed dramatically. They are warning that if Ukrainian forces exploit the gaps created by the logistics collapse, Russian positions could unravel quickly. Reinforcements would have to be rushed in under constant drone attack, and the routes are already compromised. If Ukraine continues this tactic, it’s going to be the worst year on record for Russia. They literally have no way to stop this.

@wil_da_beast630 We’ve been working to remove this guy from the women’s locker room for 2 years. He was literally there almost very day for HOURS. It’s a super tiny locker room and he spent hours in it.

A YMCA in San Francisco has been forced to change their guidelines this month after a trans person was walking around with his balls out in the women's locker room in 2025. Amoungst other things, he would blowdry his hair and bend over naked in the mirror with children present. We are constantly told this doesn't happen

Who knew that the, “first known attempt to construct a vagina for a man” also might document the first detransition? From Gay Berlin by Robert Beachy. March 1921 stage two surgery, “cutting the scrotum to the perineum and then hiding the penis in the open wound” but by August (a mere 6 months later) he had “fallen in love with a young woman, given up his cross-dressing, adopted a masculine demeanor” and insisted the surgery be undone.
