@peterrhague You assume that schools will automatically increase the fees by 20%. A benefit for schools that are VAT registered is that they can claim the VAT back on any bills that they have which have VAT on them. Any school that increases by 20% is taking the mickey.

The private school policy brings out the worst in Labour supporters. The undisguised glee at being able to make life harder not for the super rich (school fees are pocket change to them) but for the middle class. The ones who have typically done better than them through hard work and talent, rather than being born into privilege. It’s a real mask off moment.

@Hplayspiano Yes. First thing you'll lose is water and once that's gone you'll plateau for a bit as losing fat is harder. I find keeping up the water intake helps
