Also why are dividends taxed when the company already paid corporate income taxes? I can't answer these questions but the federal government is rapidly approaching insolvency so idk

Most states don't spend money destroying water storage infrastructure in a drought or billions on a tiny bridge that no one can use. Or la sombrita... Not worth it imo

I drive through neighborhoods to see friends or clients at their $5-$40m homes where roads have had pot holes for years. 😂

When I was growing up every old person who grew up in the country wasn’t exactly sure how old they were because rural county courthouses burned down once a decade until FDR. Gen Alpha is the first generation that will get to do that again.
