@psychosaik Isn’t the ATK F1 Extreme just a better mouse? It’s a bit lighter, cheaper, includes the 8k dongle, same shape. Or am I missing something?

The King of Wireless Mice? | Hyperlight Hitscan: Prinstream Edition Initial Impressions Disclaimer: I purchased this product myself. Introduction Widely considered by the community to be the peak of wireless mice, the stunning prinstream edition made this an instant purchase. [Skip to end for conclusion] Games played: Valorant, KovaaK’s Mousepads used: Solstice "The Arrival" Skates used: Unusual Way Esports Silver Foxes Previous Mice Used: Logitech G305, Ninjutso Sora V2, Endgame Gear OP1 8K Technical Specifications •Sensor: Pixart PAW 3395 •Switches: Omron Optical (main) TTC Mechanical (side) •Weight: 39g ± 1g •Connectivity: 1k Wireless and 8k Wireless Dongle available to purchase •Available Colors: Black, White, Printstream Edition (Limited Edition) •Software Driver Unboxing Unboxing felt quite premium, however getting to the cables and the mouse skates was a bit annoying. It was nice that the skates were not preinstalled. Build Quality, Materials and Buttons Very solid build especially for how light it is, constructed with high quality material. The main clicks feel solid, however the side buttons feel extremely mushy and aren’t as pleasant to click as my sora v2or op18k. The positioning of the side buttons however are great, in an easily accessible place but also not easily misclickable. Scroll wheel clicks feel solid, and also a good balance of going up in steps and continuously scrolling. Design I love how clean the printstream design is, it is done very minimalistically while still keeping the essence of the skinline. Shape, Grip, Coating & Skates Ever so slightly wider than the OP1 8K which is great for my hands, and is great for claw/palm claw grip. The coating is my biggest gripe of this mouse, it is way worse than my previous mice and is the only mouse where I have felt the **need** to buy grips and put them on. It was even mentioned by a couple friends that the coating is worse than the OG Hyperlight, which was one of its best features so quite disappointing in that regard. I did not try the skates whatsoever, but they seem to be standard quality and more than good enough for most. Software & Performance Downloadable software, streamlined UI, intuitive and easy to use. Customisation options are great, offering 1 - 8KHz polling rate (extra purchase but mouse price is still competitive with the dongle), ability to map each button to your desire, and a DPI ranging from 50 - 26000. Mouse responds extremely well, the 8k felt a lot more consistent than that of the Sora Snappyfire dongle. Battery does drain extremely fast with the 8k, so I dropped it down to 2k. Pros + really light + no high polling rate issues + looks amazing Cons - terrible coating - mushy side buttons - extra 8k dongle purchase Conclusion I don’t believe this is a must cop, if you already have a lightweight 8k capable mouse theres no need to get this as well. While the dongle is required to be purchased separately in order to use anything above 1k, the total price I paid was 95GBP which is still competitive with other out of box 8k capable mice. The colourway looks amazing, but the slippery coating would make me recommend one to get the standard version if this was even still in stock, and the mushy side buttons mean I would not buy this mouse again. Perfect for long valorant gaming sessions due to its lightweight and quick latency.

I struggle to find one single reason why professional Counter Strike Players (any esport) really shouldn’t supplement with Creatine. It’s the first thing I’d suggest if I ran an esports organization. Easy easy easy to implement. You may think, isn’t it only for fitness fanatics, and muscular effects? Yes and no. Your brain can use Creatine to regenerate ATP, which is an energy source your brain highly requires. Creatine supplementation shows promise for improving memory, processing speed, and attention, particularly in stressed individuals. Manage stress better, and to deal with short term sleep deprivation better. Ideal for any esport player, who more than the ordinary use their brain to process stressed information 24/7 during a game. There’s little to no sideeffekts what so ever. Some can expect a weight gain of 1-2kg, which is purely water. Muscles that retain more water, so not related to fat or actual weight gain at all. Dose? The classic is 5g a day, which is enough to fill your creatine stores. However that’s with the sole purpose of muscular / ATP benefits. New studies suggest at 10g a day dose makes sure you have enough available for both your muscles but also brain needs. It’s is one of the safest and most studied supplements in the world. I’m not a doctor, nor medical educated guy. I suggest you read the studies yourself as I did, to fully understand. I will however suggest that everyone with aspirations in esports at the highest levels consider supplementing with Creatine. One of the cheapest supplements available.

@swerlworldy I think its more complex than just tensing is bad and not tensing is good. Lots of people that are highly regarded in the aim community talk more about tension management, here cartoon talks about it more in depth: youtu.be/sUNiQHmGuy0?si…

2-3 against @T1 that was probably the most fun I’ve had playing this game . I know my performance was not the best today, I will do better. T1 is an insane team with insane individuals and they deserved it more today. I don’t know how to really say all of this and it may not be the best time to say it but my mom passed away on Feb 2nd after her long and painful battle with cancer, and heading into Thailand with this group I wanted to win this so badly because I knew my mom would be looking up from above and knowing that she’s watching while I win would mean everything, it’s something I always wanted but I couldn’t do it when I was right at the finish line , it feels so overwhelmingly disappointing, im sorry I’m so incredibly proud of everyone on my team, they’re all amazing in and out of game and there’s honestly not a doubt in my mind that we will be back and win the next time. Thanks to all the supporters of us (and haters) you guys make this job euphoric. Ill be better for next time

@Matty_OW So should I play air while being mindful of my tension or should I play air while trying to actively use minimal tension?

Air in Kovaaks is one of the best, if not the best scenario on which one to develop proper reading skills and practice minimal tension. The better you understand how to balance the tightness of your grip, the more confident your aim will feel.

Tension management is one of the keys to aim improvement, especially in tracking. While there are a host of good ways to discourage gripping the mouse too tightly, it also comes down to our experience in aiming situations and our confidence in reading and reacting to motion.
