@DreameGlobal I purchased the X30 Ultra from Best Buy in June 2025, and unfortunately, it has been at the Dreame service centre since August 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has still not been resolved. My device is still at service center with no updates

After 2 years I got this message and everytime they message me that customer care team with top priority. The top priority took more than 2 years. This is called Qatar airways 5* service so imagine the normal service
