Tonight, we're asking everyone to pause and lift up a true hero. K9 Titan is in critical condition at the emergency veterinary center, fighting for his life after being seriously injured in the line of duty. Earlier this evening, Officer Mike Miller and Titan were deployed during an active search for a dangerous suspect. As trained and without hesitation, Titan placed himself between danger and his handler. In doing so, he sustained severe injuries during the apprehension. Officer Miller stabilized his partner on scene and carried him to the ambulance himself - refusing to leave his side. Titan is now in surgery. The next few hours are critical. Titan isn't just a "police dog." He's Mike's partner of four years. He's the dog who greets his kids at the door. He's family. He took the hit so an officer could go home tonight. Now we pray he gets to go home too. Please keep Titan, Officer Miller, and their family in your thoughts. Keep fighting, Titan. You're the best boy. 🙏

@DabsMalone It depends what that swashplate is like and if it's more complicated than it isn't with quadcopters.

Quadcopters dominate today because they’re cheap, simple, and disposable But physics hasn’t changed Electric helicopter style UAVs are far more efficient, carry more, and go farther As autonomy improves and cost comes down, we’ll see them play a much bigger role in warfare🤝

To skate at first: 2-4x300N turbos; at least. 2x300N=$10k ≤160mph 4x300N=$20k ≤230mph 500lbs or 1000lbs of fuel: Both 2-3½ hours; either scenario. Fuselage width≈55gal drum; 2feet 1 turbo≤210mm 210x3=630mm ≈2ft Wingspan=14ft≈16 @wilendhornets Wider tail booms=🎯🎯🎯🎯

@414magyarbirds Under 1200Newtons 50kg≤Fuel does not climb ideally. Airframe is fine. Cheating beyond induced drag speed may be all rudder, pinky up, fingers-crossed, tricky dickey, jetting 300km/h just to achieve a 20° climb with a whole lot of kite; hang 10 bruiser.

@wilendhornets New width=55gallon drum=2ft 300N turbo≈210mm {you can fit three turbos in 2ft} This ratios nicely. 1000lb fuel or light ½ tank 4x300N turbos {$20k} • comfortable flight envelope • 200mph+ 2x300N turbos {$10k} • run half fuel ≈ fine • ≥160mph tops • still flies 3½ hours

@DoWCTO @DeptofWar @DOWResponse @PalmerLuckey @Metals907 Turbines don't have to ride; they can fit. Move the tailbooms & landing gear over that next line into the ratios here. Chunky, but gold with 4x300N turbines. 1200N? $20k total. 4x300N turbines will push ⅝ton 230mph. 2x300 turbines still run 3½ hours on half tank. Top≈165mph.

@DoWCTO @DeptofWar @DOWResponse @PalmerLuckey @Metals907 Could use the whole tail bench as a control surface with the double booms & COG. Either a shallow fore-end approach and/or down center for three. Blue=pitch trim. Purp=center pivot=aggressive authority. Green=total travel Yellow= percieved limits. Keep elevator Tailerons*; later.

In the latest episode of Ukraine This Week, Anna Belokur examines how artificial intelligence is changing the way we see and trust video. The episode explores how AI fits into Russia’s propaganda machine, how it amplifies emotional narratives, and how even clearly fake videos can still shape public perception. @Metals907 @DoWCTO @DeptofWar @DOWResponse @PalmerLuckey Just put em down a barrel about the same diameter underslung at the ordnance mounts where they usually are. Might want to shave it from the bottom so it can deploy a little easier with less underneath its path to jettison; not as awkward for the Sting nor the bird.
