This to me is just feelings, and feelings change. Allow me cook.
Man United have lost cup finals to worse teams than Spurs before. But because it was Amorim, suddenly lines were drawn.
We finished 15th, I was devastated too. But let’s be honest, it wasn’t all on Amorim. That squad had serious issues compared to what we have now.
Once better players came in, the trajectory improved massively.
20 games into the following season, we were sitting 6th.
That’s progress.
Nothing unforgivable.
Let’s not bury the man. There were clear positives, recruitment improved, discipline got better, injuries were managed properly.
You can’t say there was no progress. It was visible.

Rúben Amorim really came out saying he’s failing Manchester United on the pitch but not off it 😂 Bro, you weren’t just failing, you were dragging us down. We finished 15th, our worst ever Premier League season, lost the Europa League final to a poor Tottenham Hotspur side, and had to sit through nonsense football every single week. You blamed the players for “forgetting what Manchester United means” while putting up the lowest points per game in the club’s history. We suffered through 14 months of that. That’s not something I can't forgive.
