The approach road is a royal mess and it’s looking like it will stay this way for some time. Imagine bringing your friends to flex your 15 Cr+ apartment and the drive to the Branded Residences leaves them scratching their heads. Some even feel the surroundings don’t justify the address, it’s hard to argue. But the moment you enter the lobby it dazzles you. For a few minutes you genuinely forget the chaos you just drove through As you enter the apartment, the living room impresses you again, You begin to wonder if its an apartment it must offer this much space. Tbh there arent enough ready projects that offer you these lavish sizes in Gurgaon! Then you look out and see views of a mini golf course on one side, lovely but if you are on lower floors you wouldn’t want to look on the other size. Thankfully this changes on the middle higher floors as you are treated with uninterrupted aravali and city’s skyline views The glass facade in NCR’s climate is a something I will never understand. Stunning to photograph, Brutal to live in through May and June. They are best for your neighbours though, they get to enjoy a great view! The roseate hospitality could be one differentiator here. If it delivers well it could pull in more folks to finally leave their kothis! Rs 35,000+ psf is where just like you it stops making sense for me. But that's me. Real Estate has a funny habit of being irrational. One thing i always reiterate - There can be lakhs of negative voices about a project but you only need a few hundred believers to make it a success! Trump Towers Gurgaon has been a roaring success for its Investors, for its End Users? Still some distance to go… The Name has done its job to sell the address. The Project has to deliver every single day from here on!

I saw a night sweeping machine cleaning GOLF COURSE ROAD today around 4pm. And blv me it was making the rd and surroundings more dirty than cleaning the rd itself. Dust clouds engulfed entire area around the truck and cars were moving at snail's pace. Highly unprofessional work.

Doctors should really stress on their instructions. They shud treat patients as children!!! Doc has been telling me to do hot & cold compress for past 3 months for tennis elbow and I hv been betting on physio alone. Reluctantly I did it today and I can feel the difference. 🙈🙈
