So Texas public education is facing a system that sets a goal to meet after the fact, and moves the "cut score" to such an extent that your performance can improve but your rating will still decrease. The only thing this accomplishes is misleading the public.

Ice day…finished the book The 6 Types of Working Genius. Loved it! I was pretty sure I knew my “geniuses” before I took the online quiz, but just had to confirm. Has anyone else read it? Highly recommend for understanding how to what you love or don’t may impact work & home.
