When I received my masters in teaching and taught for a year at the age of 23 I never thought I would one day write a book with a blueprint and tons of strategies to improve school culture, energize teachers and impact students. When I became a speaker I intended to speak to just businesses but after writing the Energy Bus I kept being invited to speak to schools, districts and education conferences as well as businesses. I didn’t choose schools. They chose me.
