Today is your last day.” And this is being presented as “high agency” and “startup culture.” Let’s call it what it is: - Not leadership - Not professionalism - Just lack of basic empathy Now the bigger problem : Why do people in India still glorify this? - We confuse arrogance with confidence - We call toxic behavior “hustle” - We normalize disrespect from people in power - We think being harsh = being a strong leader This mindset is the real issue. A good leader builds people. A bad leader replaces people. And unfortunately, we keep celebrating the wrong ones.
