@sfbike My girlfriend wouldn't have started biking during the pandemic if it wasn't for the Slow Street on Page and the car-free route through Golden Gate Park. We can go places without having to be around cars most of the way, and that makes us feel a lot safer #KeepItSlow
@gwillen@jcreed@txsector your hand will generally be resting on a surface close to the part, which steadies it a lot, and you have as many tries as you need to get the first side soldered down. With a bit of practice it's not *too* bad for 0402 or larger parts.

Well, it finally happened. Instead of ordering 0402 resistors I accidentally ordered 0402 *metric* ones, i.e. 01005. (Through-hole resistor shown for scale.)
