@EE Been trying to login to my account (app & website) for 2 wks. Called customer services & been told the app and site is down & to keep trying. But nobody else seems to be having this problem? Can you please advise?

@EE I haven’t deleted cache etc but I have tried logging in on another person’s ipad and still getting the same message.
