“simple” dumbed down conversation on how the lead elbow works on low balls. Elbow points “above the horizon” . it doesn’t pull sky high above the head and this video isn’t about the mechanics of the hips, hinges, tilts. Just a dummy dumbing it down for a younger hitter.
