@DoorDash at 10:30am I scheduled an order for delivery btwn 11:50-12. At 12 I got a notification the delivery is running late and now won’t be here until 12:30-12:45. How is this acceptable when a time was pre scheduled?

@Delta super disappointed with my flight experience tonight. Flight cancelled, next flight (12 hours later) delayed. Then delayed on board. And now the passenger next to me is not being checked by flight attendants and has a huge bag on her lap overflowing on to me.

@Delta Understand that everyone needs to be helped and assisted of course but that should not come at the expense of others...especially at a $130 rate.

@Delta We did arrive 2 hours early to departure as we knew our bag had to be checked more than 1 hour before departure. We didn’t arrive prior as we wanted to minimize our time spent in a crowded airport terminal during a pandemic and people not follow safety guidelines.

. @Delta after waiting to check a bag for over an hour bc the people in front of us missed flights, had 17 bags, etc., we were charged $130 for a checked bag w no option to re allocate items to other bags. Really disappointed in this service for our first flight back.

@Delta Thx for getting back to me. What is frustrating is that people had time to reallocate bags and deal with issues on line ahead of us, and because they took so much time, we did not have time to deal with ours. For the first travel experience back, this is very frustrating.

@raZeiger My apologies for any inconvenience the wait may have caused, Rachel. Currently, there is an overweight fee of $100 per bag. For future travel, it may be helpful to weigh your bag prior to arriving at the airport. Sierra
