It’s not the curriculum we teach that matters most - it’s the curriculum our student learn that counts.

@MsSakennia You’re welcome! I’ve been in your shoes as department chair and leading through systems not aligned to facilitate support. Let me know if you have any ?s about leading through cracked systems or would like any specific blog topics. Thank you for leading in the education system!

@patricklencioni Just want to let you know that you’ve made a difference in my life! I read 5 Dysfunctions of a Team in 2011. I still value and utilize the information to this day, as a leader and team builder. Thank you!

Have you ever considered having reciprocal staff evaluations? Example: During yearly evaluations of your staff, have you provided the opportunity to discuss your leadership and ideas for better leadership? Changed my leadership, for the better!

@BruceVH Limiting beliefs have held me back in the past. Only when I was able to identify them and confront them was I able to break free. Cannot wait to listen to your podcast!

A limiting belief is any belief that limits your ability to achieve what you want. These beliefs not only keep you from taking the actions to get what you want, they also make you feel bad, creating negative energy within you. | Listen to LIAM #Podcast: lifeisamarathon.com/liam-493
