When building something doing more is always tempting but what I have found helpful is to pick that one tiny strand of work that you feel the most confident about. Rest just falls in place.

Recently, a close friend of mine and I shipped a cool product, built almost entirely on Claude Code. Delivered more than our prototype even scoped. Building this almost felt like driving an F1 but it came with an observation from a builder standpoint.

Absolutely gutted by the @airindia #AhmedabadPlaneCrash. Having flown on their aging fleet between Amritsar and Gatwick multiple times, I’m unsurprised. High time to totally discard the old Dreamliners in AI fleet. Grossly irresponsible!
