@scssofas Hi, can you tell me the size of the Eldwick power recliner chair. There is a discrepancy on the site between versions. One is 60cm (head and lumbar) wide and the other is 102cm (head only) but the only difference is what reclines. Internal seat width is the same.

@scssofas Ordered a sofa instore last week, and was going to order the Bindella Large Arc Lamp too, but was told to order it online instead, as it would be going on sale. However, it and all lighting products have just been removed from your site. Will it be available again?

@scssofas awful service. I need to contact them. Called and offered auto call back service. After 1 hour they drop called me (presumably to show they had called). Called back and requested call back and no call received. Today They open at 9 so called today at 9.01 still on hold

@scssofas I’ve tried to email your customer service department twice over a sofa I bought in February of this year. The arm of the sofa has come lose from normal use. My emails have gone unanswered and unacknowledged. Could you advise as to how I get this situation rectified.

@scssofas waiting on an order since the beginning of February, originally due April. After multiple delays they tried to deliver today. Delivery was failed as the on loan furniture wasn’t arranged for collection.
Customer service centre is closed and the branch is closed!

@scssofas we spent £3000 on a new sofa, After a week the cushions have sunk back to the point I can feel the frame on my back which is causing pain... an engineer came to have a look and even he said he could feel it but because its manufcaturer standards they cant do anything...

@scssofas you have left two 86 year olds with no furniture. Sofas have been at the warehouse since last Thursday. Delivery promised yesterday and again today but nothing has arrived and no apology. They are stressed and at their wits end. Shame on you.
