@HisenseUK hi I purchased a Hisense Kitchenfit 5i Series Wf5i1245bbr, 12kg Washing Machine and after every cycle the remote app access turns off. It is connected but to start another programme I have to re-enable access on the machine. Is there a fix for this?
@scssofas Hi, can you tell me the size of the Eldwick power recliner chair. There is a discrepancy on the site between versions. One is 60cm (head and lumbar) wide and the other is 102cm (head only) but the only difference is what reclines. Internal seat width is the same.
@WhirlpoolUK hello, I’ve got a 6th Sense washer that has never connected to the app. I’ve tried periodically over the years. Downloaded and tried today and now it doesn’t recognise the serial number yet app says it supports all 6th sense appliances. How do I fix this?
@UniversalORL Sorry sorry. I was whinging a lot while sat in the queues. I admit it was not a fabulous experience as I did get to the end and was only offered standard tickets, then kicked from the q and had to q a 3rd time, but 6 hours later I did get tickets so all good. 👍
