.@mlbatbat the worst change is the missing expand all / collapse all in the main Scores view. I rely on this view to see who’s at bat in every game, and to see the SP in the upcoming games.

Geez what has happened to the MLB app in this redesign, it has lost so much information from the scores tab. Neither the Card View or List View have the information they used to show for every game, which was exactly what I wanted to see. I used Score tab more than actual games.

Cormac McCarthy is a good metric for how well you can read—it’s not the faux literary fluff that gets praised today, but it’s also not readily apparent to the reader. So much is said in what is unsaid, so you have to really read. For example:

I read the first hundred pages of The Road last year, and read the first hundred pages of Blood Meridian this year, and in both instances, gave up, because the books never clicked. Lyrical writing, but the characters are reduced to way down Maslow's hierarchy, and the tone is so relentlessly bleak, with almost no humanity breaking through, it was difficult to feel anything besides the flint clicking against the cold steel in the overwhelming darkness. I know many of you love it, but to me, it's overwrought, overstylized, and overhyped.

Ask for bank details. Each step looks innocent alone. Together - a complete social engineering attack. They tested it against GPT-4, Claude 3.7, and LLaMA3-70B. Direct harmful prompt? All three refused. Same task split across multiple turns? Refusal rates collapsed. Every model folded. It ran insurance scams, fake lotteries, government fraud, job cons, and official impersonation. Cautious target? It softened. Compliant target? It escalated. Resistant? It switched tactics mid-call. Then they added off-the-shelf voice cloning. Realistic tone, pacing, emotion. Once it's audio, content filters can't even see it. A Qualys VP said this is "likely already happening in the wild." You're not getting scam calls from overseas call centers anymore. You're getting them from an AI that never sleeps and never forgets what you said.
