Visits to bulging libraries, a highlight of the week. Some books a bit old and battered but I always tell the kids that means it has been read a lot so must be good!

If someone were to do an audit of Nursery, Reception and Year 1 classrooms in state schools in England, to see how many ordinary picture books (not part of reading schemes) there are, in those classrooms, what would the audit find, do you think? @OpenUni_RfP @jonnybid
