@submita I'm sorry you were given that information. Bronze members are entitled to priority check-in at the business class check-in desks. However, this is not available at London City airport. At JFK there's a separate queue to use. PhilGW

@ChangiAirport at T1, 4 txns at this kiosk near D41, got debited 4 times and ONLY 02 goods delivered. Strangely the kiosk doesn’t have any number/website for complains. Extremely disgusting and unethical. Don’t know whom/how to escalate the issue. Please help with refund ASAP
