Da notare che qui il tema non è la privacy, o l'open source fine a sé stesso, ma sono gli investimenti, il lavoro, l'impresa e la R&D locale francese. Ovvero: cose che la politica può effettivamente capire, e su cui deve necessariamente fare i conti.
