OMG this has been my case with @Nedbank every other month the double my almost double my Homeloan that is registered under one of my companies.
At some point the refunded me but now No! No more refunds! No more responding to emails! These banks are scamming people!

This just reminds me how its almost a month since @Nedbank over billed me R13 000 plus and none of reps are responding to my emails or refunding me.
The bankers manager has been MIA! Last month I paid R40k on a nedbank home instead of R26k

True! I’m anAfrican-Xhosa. I am purposefully not using “Black” as my discription. My Hebrew name Tam sounds / mistaked for an English name & my surname is European too. I have experienced this discrimination advantage as well as the shock when people realize I’m not European.
