@AJEnglish I’m sure some Iranians were left out and wish they were the ones at the negotiation table. Whoever has rights to offer concessions gets to sit at the table. These regime talking heads are just talking heads.

@KobeissiLetter Iran had a stream of negotiations in the past but had second thoughts. Iran likes to drag its feet. I am not surprised that Iran did not want the world to know it is negotiating. It is hard to believe there is no some sort of negotiation. How well it is going we will wait & see.
