@DonTomasClark I can get on board with that. Maybe the new AD & front office guy will help. I definitely want pope to succeed. Probably more than any coach in my lifetime (I’m 45) but I do feel like some huge strides have to be made in year three. The standard has slipped. That can’t continue.

@elishaabcd Tough to say. Byrne from Alabama, but would he leave. Biggest complaints w/Barnhart were contracts (Stoops & Calipari) that put the university in a bad place. If Pope makes the SS again, I think it’s a great coaching job. I’m most concerned about recruiting and top tier players.
