Spent today on SonoAI's biometry model. Went from 13.66mm MAE to 3.04mm average across HC, BPD, and OFD; a ~78% error reduction, well under the 8mm clinical target. One model, three measurements, same dataset.

Today's biggest accuracy win in SonoAI (13.7mm → 3mm error) came from one line of code I had accidentally thrown away pretrained weights on day one. Dumbest bug that cost you the most?🤔
