@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport This is STILL not fixed. Paid on credit 7/10/2021, gone off my bank account 11/10 and besides a generic 'have you checked your paypal balance' reply email, i had no response from the magnificent customer support team (as been claimed on the paypal reporting page)!

@JagexSupport Ive got billing issues and seems like i cannot contact support anywhere else! Even the msg on Paypal, saying i should email billingsupport@jagex.com, doesnt work. I litteraly got an email back saying the email address cannot be found...

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport By the way: this is the message you get when trying to dispute via PayPal... The email address doesn't work. I have submitted the form now, we'll see whats next i guess

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I did that, but it kept returning back to an empty form instead of submitting it. I also checked first with PayPal and it is like always just paid like usual. Same with the bank account its linked to, money off my account and sent to jagex.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I was credited money trough PayPal (and has gone off my bank account) for membership last Thursday but didn't get membership added on my osrs account. I can send transaction ID etc trough a dm is wanted

@JagexSupport @JagexSupport yeah im pretty sure i can remember my maxed account login credentials, since its been the same username for the past 16 years. it also doesnt say wrong credentials but too many attempts!!!!!!

@JagexSupport @JagexSupport i read that people with this login issue were having their login name changed (obviously not ingame name). Im getting pretty frustrated not being able to log on.

@valknir Hello, the display name is not necessarily the same as the login name. The display name can be changed, but the login name cannot. To know more about names jgx.game/Names ~Mod_Ar

@JagexSupport Im getting too many login attempts again. Other account on the same computer has no issues. Are you guys sure this isnt someone trying to brute force into my account? I'd realy would like to keep my maxed account and bank

@JagexSupport i cant log in, keeps saying too many login attempts. I wanted to change my password because of this and turns out caps or symbols arent allowed??? Thats a proper joke...
