@gcfiddler Sad on what has happened in Peawanuck. I was supposed to do firefighter training and it was canceled. Can’t help but feel that if the firefighter training had been completed this tragedy may not have happened

@gcfiddler I have worked in Peawanuk as an RN, it’s a fly in community as are many, I’m not sure how to get a full fire department in these places and I also have never seen so many unsafe wood stoves in homes. Sometimes funds have to be prioritized in any community.
