@RoundtableSpace This is actually a pretty good entry point tbh. A lot of people want to build agents but never touch the boring parts like tools state and evals until things start breaking.

@RoundtableSpace @huggingface is the best entry point into the world of AI models. It has many free resources.

the hugging face course is solid because it actually makes you build from scratch instead of just wrapping api calls. the smolagents section is especially good for understanding how tool use works under the hood. once you see how an agent decides which tool to call and parses the result, the magic disappears and you start building more reliable systems. the langraph module is worth doing too if you need agents that handle branching logic without falling apart.
