Interesting! My husband and his Irish family are feeling thrilled about the power of science,and their commitment to the “proper” cup of tea. Not sure this solves their dispute over Earl Grey v. Irish Breakfast, but maybe that’s the next study! Way to go @NCIEpiTraining
