This week in Biohelping we’re doing a simple daily hang
Try hanging for a bit and see where you’re at.
Then just add about 5 seconds each day.
If you want to push it, go for 10 to 15 seconds.
Most people don’t expect it to be this hard.
Admin can do 15 pull-ups and still couldn’t hit 2 minutes on the first try

Seed oils are wrecking your health!

What is actually true:
• linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid
• the problem is a diet overloaded with ultra processed food
• oil is not poison
Look at the whole diet: how much of it is whole foods, protein, and fiber, and how much of it is ultra processed food.
