January is #NationalThankYouMonth, and we thank you, the FPS Community. Brett went on respite in February 2020 with his wife, Nicole, and their family. Nicole sadly passed in August 2023, but they cherish their memories of respite fondly. He sent a touching note of gratitude.

Today, we shine a light on #ThyroidCancerAwarenessMonth. Meet Kerianne, age 41, who is courageously facing thyroid and breast cancer. In June 2023, Kerianne, her caregiver, her mother, Sharon, and her three incredible kids experienced FPS Respite at Woodloch Resort.

Before, I felt worn out and fearful. Now, I'm capable and ready to face it head-on. My husband smiles again, my son sees me as the strongest mom ever. I'm more than my cancer." - Connie, age 47, diagnosed with colorectal cancer, shared this after returning from FPS Respite
