Donald Trump first designated Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) in 2020 during his first administration for systematic, ongoing, and egregious violations of religious freedom of Christians by Jihadists.
Then the "woke" "pro- Jihadists" democrats came in and Nigeria was removed from the CPC list in 2021 by the administration of Joe Biden.
This decision was widely criticized by religious freedom groups and members of the U.S. Congress, because it made no sense whatsoever apart from complicity.
After returning to power, Trump redesignated Nigeria as a CPC on 31 October 2025. By this time things had gone from Terrorism to complete chaos.
We know what the enemy looks like, we can tell by their moves and their statements.

Donald Trump is the true definition of “God works in mysterious ways.”
It now makes perfect sense why he came back as president of the US and the Free world.
Let me explain.
Imagine what would have happened to the world if we had a combination of a "woke" Democrat as US President and a "woke" Pope of the universal Church?
Jihadists would have overrun the world while the Pope preached "peace and unity" instead of Justice, and Democrats preached open borders and suicidal empathy.
Yes, the same “woke” Democrats that for years called the Christian genocide in Nigeria “farmer-herder clashes due to land and climate change.”
And in those years, jihadists ran wild, infiltrated our systems, and left countless mass graves and IDP camps full of helpless, broken Christians.
Donald Trump came back and declared Nigeria a Country of Particular Concern, and the world began to see the truth.
God somehow knew we were going to get a woke, politically correct, virtue-signalling Pope, who will care more about being loved by Muslims than defending Christians against Islamic jihadists.
So God sent us Donald J. Trump to balance the scales around the world. To even the odds.
Because who would helpless Christians and the persecuted have turned to?
Is it the Pope that condemns an attack on Christians by Islamic jihadists without mentioning the word “Christians”?
Or one that calls for peace where justice is needed?
The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.
The ways of God are not the ways of man.
I now understand why he was depicted as Jesus Christ and as a Pope.
Thank God for Donald J. Trump. It is now clear why he is here.

I am a Catholic, but I must say that this Pope is moving funny to me.
There is a whole Christian genocide going on in Nigeria where he once lived.
But this man is more focused on the war in Iran and its politics.
Hello Sir, there is a war in Nigeria and Africa too, and Christians are victims.
He is the Pope of Christians first before anything else.
And the welfare of Christians especially those who are being persecuted should be his priority.
But Christians were massacred during Easter in Nigeria for their faith and I did not see any strong condemnation or reaction from the Pope.
Instead the Pope is consistently focused on the middle East and Donald Trump's and Isreals war with Terrorists.
I sincerely do not understand this Pope.
It is Silence in the face of evil that makes evil multiply.
What exactly does he want the world to do with terrorists who believe their destiny is to kill every unbeliever and take over the world?
I hope that this Pope gets his priorities right.
