We both did it together last 2025 New Year’s Day, it just wasn’t beneficial health wise or financially. It’s the best decision I’ve made, but staying accountable and not slipping once, is a whole accomplishment in its self. I sleep better, recover faster from workouts, I’m just more focused and dialled in on pretty much everything.

We’re both 387 days alcohol free today! God is good.
