A Young 18 year old playing front row in my first full season in @SuperLeague for @WTrinityRL I signed my first ever professional contract with Wakefield, and I’ll be always be grateful for Wakey for giving me the opportunity. I loved my time there, my dream of becoming a pro rugby league player became possible because of them. Thank you coach John Harbin for being a great coach and mentor.

Rugby league players from the uk are just as talented as players from the NRL, it’s just that NRL package there game up much better than we do in the uk, it’s also the No1 sport in Australia. The salary cap is around in the NRL 3 x higher than SuperLeague, if you’re an English player who gets the opportunity to go down under, you’ve gotta go! I did it when only me and Adrian Morley was down under.
